Configuring credentials using the Manual mode
You must manually enter the tenant ID, client ID, and secret when configuring a connector's credentials. To get these details, log on to the Azure portal and access your tenant; the details are displayed on the
page. You can also contact Veritas Support to get these details.For the SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Teams site collection connectors, configure CSOM or PowerShell authentication. For the Exchange and Teams Chat connectors, configure EWS or Microsoft Graph authentication.

To use the Manual mode for authentication
- On the Credentials page, click Manual and enter the following details:
The URL of the SaaS application that is to be backed up.
Tenant ID, client ID, and secret.
The details are generated when you register the app for your tenant on the Azure portal.
