After the Veritas Access cluster recovers from a storage disconnect, the iSCSI LUNs exported from Veritas Access as an iSCSI target may show the wrong content on the initiator side
There is a synchronization issue between Veritas Access as an iSCSI target and any other iSCSI initiator. Hence, when the Veritas Access cluster recovers from a storage disconnect, the iSCSI LUNs that are exported from the Veritas Access cluster appear to have the wrong content. This is because the initiator does not correctly reconnect to the disks.

Workaround:
Perform the following steps:
Detach the volume from the OpenStack instances.
Restart the iSCSI target services using the target> iscsi service stop and target> iscsi service start commands.
Attach the volumes back to their respective instances.
Mount the volume to their respective instances. You can see the correct content on the initiator side.
