Installing the Emergency Engineering Binary for OpenStack

You must install the Emergency Engineering Binary (EEB) to use the following OpenStack features:

Protection for OpenStack when it is deployed on a CEPH-based Cinder storage.
Global admin where backup hosts are deployed for a special tenant (backup tenant) that is responsible for performing backup or restore operations for all the other tenants or projects within the OpenStack cluster.
