How to replace parts on the 5150 Flex Appliance

This video demonstrates how to replace the following parts on the 5150 Flex Appliance:

  • Solid state disk drives

  • Optical modules

  • Power supplies

  • Eight TB hard drives

Note:

This video only demonstrates the procedure for removing and adding solid-state disk drives, optical modules, power supplies, and eight TB hard drives in a 5150 Flex Appliance. For replacing parts in case of a faulty chassis, a more specific procedure must be followed, which includes replacing additional parts and setting up the IPMI and BIOS on the replacement chassis.
