Hours to wait before purging stale switch data increased to 96 hours

The default value of the Fabric manager base setting Hours to wait before purging stale switch data is changed to 96 hours. The setting defines the time interval in hours after which the switch data not collected in the most recent collection can be deleted.

Run select * from apt_system_parameter where param_name = 'DELETE_SWI_DATA_AFTER_X_HOURS'; from the portal server to verify the value.
