VMware SDK is upgraded to 8.0

For VMware policy, VMware SDK is upgraded from 5.5 to 8.0, version 5.5 went EOL. There is no impact on any of the VMware probes due to this upgrade.

The only impact on the policy is the raw data files generated after the SDK upgrade to version 8.0 will be in .json file format. Earlier, the same files were generated with .ser file extension (serialized files).
