Explanation: No media server with the supported NetBackup and operating system versions available, or the servers may be busy, or down.
Recommended Action: Confirm that you have a Windows media server if you back up the NAS shares with the SMB protocol. Confirm that you have a Linux media server if you back up the NAS shares with the NFS protocol.
Recommended Action: For Windows media servers, you must log on to the NetBackup Client Service and NetBackup legacy network service services as a domain user.
Recommended Action: Ensure that the NetBackup media server version is equal to or higher than the minimum required version, based on these parameters of the NAS data protection policy:
Volume backup from snapshot using multiple backup hosts: NetBackup 10.4
VCT enabled index from snapshot: NetBackup 10.3
VCT enabled backup from snapshot: NetBackup 10.2
All other scenarios: NetBackup 10.1.1
