- Getting help
When Veritas Access is configured in mixed mode, the configure LTR script randomly chooses a virtual IP from the available Veritas Access virtual IPs
If Veritas Access is configured in mixed mode using both IPv4 IPv6 addresses, it can pick either the IPv4 virtual IP or the IPv6 virtual IP. If the configure LTR script uses the IPv6 IP, it does not work for a NetBackup server that is running on IPv4 IPs and vice versa.
Workaround:
If OpenDedup is configured on the media server, update the /etc/hosts
entries for the bucket and add the respective IPv4 or IPv6 virtual IP from the Veritas Access cluster.
