Adding managed host versions lower than 7.0 to an upgraded 7.0 Management results in error

Any managed host version lower than 7.0 is not compatible with a Management Server that has been upgraded to 7.0.

If you upgrade your Management Server to 7.0 and then you try to add a managed host version that is lower than 7.0, it displays an improper error message that it is unable to communicate to the server.
