Backup options
The user can adjust the following settings when subscribing to a protection plan.
Option | Description |

Select server or host to use for backups | The host that performs backups on behalf of the virtual machines. Users can choose to have NetBackup pick the media server, based on the storage unit. Or, the user can select another host from the list. These hosts are other media servers in the environment or hosts that are configured as an access host. |
