Displays the name of the selected cloud provider. |

Select the cloud storage name from the list. If the list is empty, you must add a cloud storage instance. See the option description. |

Based on the selection, enter either the tenant ID or tenant name that is associated with your cloud storage credentials. Note: This field is visible only if you selected the Authentication version in the Add Cloud Storage dialog box. See OpenStack Swift add cloud storage configuration options. |

Enter the user name that is required to access the cloud storage. |

Enter the password that is required to access the cloud storage. It must be 100 or fewer characters. |
