Vault store performance counters are not shown
Problem: Operations Manager does not display the performance counter instances for some or all vault stores.
Cause: There are a number of possible causes:
If the problem is specific to a newly created vault store, the vault store monitoring start time may not yet have been reached.
Site monitoring may not be enabled.
There may be an issue with the performance counters themselves.
