How to set up the Velocity on-premises management server
To set up the Velocity on-premises management server, you deploy an OVA (Open Virtual Archive) that Veritas provides to your VMware virtual infrastructure. Then, you configure settings on the management server to integrate it with Active Directory/LDAP for user management. You deploy either a virtual Velocity Storage Server from another OVA, or a physical Velocity Storage Server appliance, and register the storage server with the management server.
