Unresolved Events
The Unresolved Events card provides an aggregate count of all open and active AutoSupport events that are currently detected across all appliances associated with the customer account.
The donut chart breaks the count down by event severity - Critical, Error, Warning, and Information, which are color coded.
Click the color keys next to the donut chart to exclude or include the events count for the specific severity.
Click the color segments on the donut chart to open the corresponding lists filtered on Severity in the Unresolved Events tab.
