Security meter and configuration on an Appliance dashboard
You can view the security score of an appliance. A graph displays the score trend of your appliance for the last 30 days.
The security control settings are displayed after the graph. The
displays information about how the security score is calculated. For more information, click the link.If the security settings data is not received in last 24 hours, you may be viewing older data.
The security controls are grouped under two categories:
Access and Authorization
Compliance and Alerts
The security settings that are related to access and authorization of the appliances are displayed.

Activates a secure state where only essential functions are allowed for security. | |
Describes the current configuration of lockdown mode. Note: The count of WORM instances on the appliance is displayed. | |
Specifies whether an external certificate is used for host communication. | |
Enforces a strong password policy to enhance security. | |
Uses the smart cards or digital certificates for user authentication. | |
Allows the users to authenticate and gain access to multiple systems without entering the credentials again. | |
Specifies whether multifactor authentication is configured for the appliance shell. | |
Specifies whether multifactor authentication is configured for the appliance console. | |
Specifies whether multifactor authentication is mandatory for the appliance console. | |
Specifies whether the BIOS password is changed from the default password. |
