Import and recoverec2 jobs may fail on automated DR servers
The import job fails or recoverec2 job fails on the automated DR server. The following error message is seen in the logs:
Critical bpdm (pid=29453) sts_open_server failed: error 2060018 file not found
The issue might occur when the NBU_PD_SERVER
path object is marked as corrupted in the deduplication catalog. This scenario might be a genuine corruption.

Try to use the following steps to resolve the issue or contact the Veritas Technical Support Team:
Stop the NetBackup service monitor using the following command:

/usr/openv/pdde/pdconfigure/pdde stop
Delete the PODB files that have
NBU_PD_SERVER
