Typical Oracle configuration in a VCS cluster
In a typical configuration, VCS is configured in a two-node cluster (System 1 and System 2). Oracle is installed on both systems, and the data to be used by Oracle is installed on shared storage. The VCS Database agent for Oracle is installed on both systems.
