Required Oracle versions and host operating systems

Veritas Access supports Oracle using Direct NFS. Veritas Access Direct NFS supports only NFS protocol version 3.

Veritas Access supports Oracle single instance only. OracleRAC is not supported.

Following are the supported Oracle versions for Veritas Access:

  • Oracle version 11gR2 (11.2.0.4 or later)

  • Oracle 12c (12.1.0.1)

Following are the supported Oracle host operating systems in the order of importance for Veritas Access:

  • Linux

  • AIX

  • Solaris

  • HP-UX

  • Oracle Linux
