Upgrading the AMS and the agents on NetBackup appliances
New releases of NetBackup Appliance always include the latest versions of the AMS and agent software. You can upgrade the AMS and agent version on older releases by downloading and installing the appropriate management update package.
After you update the AMS, the agents that are added to the AMS can be updated automatically or manually.
See Managing AMS updates on NetBackup appliances.
See Performing automatic or manual agent updates on NetBackup appliances.
You can view the AMS and agent version from the Home page of the Appliance Management Console.
Note:
AMS 1.4.1 is not included with NetBackup Appliance software. You need to download it separately from the Download Center.
