IPv6 range for an IP address is not accepted if the range ends with any of the characters from [a,b,c,d,e,f]
The installer does not accept input value for a physical IP or a virtual IP if the IPv6 range is given like 2001::1a-1f.
Workaround:
Provide the range of IP with each IP separated with either a space or comma character as a separator.
