Security vulnerability with SMB1 clients
Veritas Access uses Samba which has the following vulnerability:
CVE-2017-14746
This is a "use-after-free" type of vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code using a crafted SMB1 request.
Workaround:
You can use clients having version greater than or equal to SMB2 to avoid this vulnerability.
