Non-administrator users in environments with NBAC cannot read or update resource limits

A non-root or non-administrator user in a NBAC-configured environment is not able to read or update the resource limit values. This issue applies for all supported workloads.

Workaround: Add the non-root or non-administrator user to the auth.conf file with appropriate permissions to enable access to the resource limit functionality in the NetBackup Administration Console.
