OpenDedup volumes are not online after an OpenDedup upgrade if there is a change in the cluster name
The configuration file of the OpenDedup volumes contains S3 endpoints based on the previous cluster name. After an upgrade, the volumes do not come online on a cluster with a different name due to a change in the S3 endpoints.
Workaround:
Contact Veritas Technical Support to update the S3 endpoints in the configuration file.
