A "0" indicates success; a non-zero indicates an error.

Note:

vxfs_fcl_seek() returns FCL_EMISSEDRECORD if the FCL has been reactivated, that is, the activation time in FCL is different than that passed in the cookie, or the first valid offset in the FCL file is greater than the offset present in the cookie.
