Unsupported on-premises InfoScale configurations

  • Applications with multiple diskgroups or multiple applications with common diskgroup

  • Application with name ClusterService

  • DR (GCO-VVR) configuration

  • Multi-volume filesystem (MVFS) configuration

  • Fencing configuration (disabled by default on the target)

  • Specific VCS configurations

    • Multiple service groups dependent on a service group which dependent on another one (Y-type configuration)

  • Data migration-specific limitations -

    SFCFSHA:

    • Application and storage components in single service group

    • Failover service group/application with private diskgroup

    Note:

    Split configuration is supported.

    SFHA:

    • Post migration option - Retire Source

    • When volume resource is configured in the same service group as of application, diskgroup and mount
