Arctera Application Mobility Service Help
About the gateway nodes
The Application Mobility Service requires gateways configured in both your on-premises environment and your target cloud network. These gateways establish a secure connection to the SaaS-based web portal used for managing deployments and migrations. All Application Mobility Service clusters in the datacenter can connect by using a single gateway node configured for that datacenter. Ensure that the gateways are configured and operational before initiating any deployment or migration tasks.
Before initiating gateway configuration,,ensure that you are ready with the following information:
On-premises InfoScaleInfoScale cluster nodes you want to be discovered and migrated, with their hostnames and login credentials.
VEMS credentials of the Arctera Application Mobility Service portal.
Note:
The Application Mobility user must be onboarded and EULA accepted by the first user under the corresponding tenant.
Your cloud region must be one of the following regions:
