Your Snapshot Manager version might not be supported. Review the compatibility list.
NetBackup and Snapshot Manager network connectivity can be the issue.
Recommended Action: Try one of the following as appropriate:
Check your network connectivity with Snapshot Manager and the credentials you used to connect.
Resolve any network issues with netstat or similar network diagnosis tool.
Review and update the Snapshot Manager credentials using
option.
