Changes introduced in Appliance Management Server 2.1
The following changes are introduced in this release.
This release supports installing the NetBackup Appliance health maintenance plugin on NetBackup Appliance using AMS. After the plugin is installed, you can check upgrade readiness with the Manage > Software > UpgradeReadinessCheck command.
You can now start and stop Flex Appliance application instances from the Overview tab of the appliance details page.
You can now view the capacity utilization of Flex appliances from the Capacity tab of the appliance details page.
The capacity report now supports Flex appliances.

For NetBackup appliances, the list of EEBs that are installed is updated more frequently. The EEB list is now refreshed every 15 minutes or whenever you install or uninstall an EEB.
You can now install NetBackup Appliance security patches from the Appliance Management Console.
