Explanation: This issue occurs when communication is broken between the backup or the restore process and the npcosp process or nbcosp is down.
Recommended Action: Make sure that the nbcosp process is running using bpps command.
You can manually start the nbcosp process by using the following:
/usr/openv/pdde/pdcr/bin/nbcosp start
