Add credentials failed message for media server
The CloudCatalyst storage server can allow access to media servers only if they are Red Hat Enterprise Linux (any version) and have NetBackup 8.1 or later installed. Access is given to media servers by granting them credentials in the Media Servers tab of the CloudCatalyst storage server properties.
If the media server is non-RHEL, it appears in the Media Servers tab. However, if it is selected to have access to the CloudCatalyst storage server, the operation fails with an Add credentials failed message.
See Configuring push or pull optimized duplication for CloudCatalyst.
