eleVate—The new women’s leadership program at Veritas

Earlier this month, 22 female leaders across Veritas gathered with members of the Veritas Leadership Team and representatives from Stanford University to celebrate the kickoff of eleVate, the company’s new women’s leadership development program.

eleVate is a 12-month talent development program that Veritas launched in association with Stanford Business School. This unique program focuses on director and above-level leaders and takes participants through a combination of Stanford and Veritas learning experiences to help advance their leadership skills. Participants were chosen from around the globe to represent their business units in intense leadership classes and collaborative projects.

The global Veritas participants gathered at the Stanford campus and Veritas headquarters for two days of networking and an introduction to what’s ahead for them over the next 12 months. They spent time with Stanford Business School faculty and the Veritas Leadership Team, who will be engaged in the program as sponsors, meeting with the participants for quarterly 1:1’s. Participants will also attend fireside chats, engage in training, conduct group discussions, and participate in annual program events and networking sessions.

The event buzzed with energy and excitement, with positive feedback from participants looking forward to this incredible opportunity to grow and challenge each other over the next year.
