As Chief Human Resources Officer at Veritas, Judy is responsible for leading the company’s overall people strategy and the HR organization including global talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards (compensation and benefits), internal communications, business partnerships, and HR operations and technology.
Judy has over 18 years of industry experience in human resources designing and directing effective change management plans for companywide initiatives and transformations, and takes a collaborative approach to designing talent strategies that propel businesses toward success.
Prior to her appointment as CHRO, Judy was vice president responsible for all Veritas human resources-related services including talent management and acquisition, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, university hiring, and global branding, while also serving as the global HR business partner to Veritas worldwide sales and subscription and cloud transformation executives.
Judy is the executive sponsor of the Veritas employee resource group Women At Veritas Empowered (WAVE) focused on attracting, developing, and retaining female talent. She is also an active member of Remembering and Empowering Veterans in Veritas (REVIV), which focuses on career development, transitioning to the corporate sector, and community outreach.
Judy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Chapman University, and a certificate in Women’s Leadership from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
