Explanation: NetBackup cannot initialize the SSL context after initial connection to EKMS server. This issue can be a mismatch between the certificate and the private key or insufficient memory on a given computer.
Recommended Action: Check for any mismatch between private key and certificate. Check for any out of memory error.
