Explanation: NetBackup cannot communicate with the CloudPoint server.
Recommended Action: Verify the following:
Ensure that the correct CloudPoint server is registered with the correct port number.
If the CloudPoint host name or port number is changed, ensure that it is updated in NetBackup.
Ensure that the CloudPoint host name is accessible from the media server. To verify, try to log on to the CloudPoint host from the browser of the media server.
