NetBackup status code: 8305
Explanation: The data-in-transit encryption setting of the client cannot be fetched from the bpcd service running on the client. As a result of this lack of communication, backup or restore fails.
Recommended Action: Perform the following:
Ensure bpcd service is running on the client.
Retry the operation and if the issue persists, visit support.veritas.com. The Veritas Technical Support website offers additional information to help you troubleshoot this issue. If you do contact Veritas Technical Support, you need to have the media server bpbrm and the client bpcd logs available to help troubleshoot the issue.
