Downloading an item
You can download a single item to your local computer using the following procedure.
Note:
You can only download one file at a time.
To download an item
- Access the Administration portal.
- Click Content.
- From the drop-down list, select the Stor that contains the data to be downloaded. For example, M365 Mailboxes.
- On the left pane, browse for the required folder.
- On the right pane, select the item that you want to download.
- From the Actions menu, click Download.
Note:
If you cannot find an extension for an Exchange item after downloading it, you must add the '.eml' extension manually.
The SharePoint files for which IRM setting is enabled at the time of backup cannot be opened after their download.
