Box connector limitations
Veritas Alta SaaS Protection has some limitations when it comes to backing up Box data. The following types of data are not supported for backup:
Files that have been moved to the trash. However, if a file is not in the trash, but its backup is required, Veritas Alta SaaS Protection can support the backup.
Only the user whose account is backed up is included, as ACLs are always a single entry.
File versions that are trashed cannot be backed up unless the file itself and all its versions are trashed.
Comments on files.
Custom metadata for files, except for the last modified size and data owner.
Tasks.
Folder and file retention.
Folder and files on legal hold.
