6) List View
The List View mode presents emails in a tabular format. The List View mode allows an auditor to perform actions on individual or multiple emails with a few mouse clicks. Many methods to select multiple emails are available. Once emails are selected, the user can perform actions on those emails by clicking on an Action button. Users can also select an option from the Right Click menu.

- The presence of a Notes icon indicates the email has auditor Notes.
- The presence of a paperclip icon indicates the email has attachments.
- Icon indicating whether the email was an Inbound, Outbound, or IM.

- Subject of the email.
- Address of Sender.
- Address(es) of recipient(s).
- Date and timestamp of when the email was received.
- AdvisorMail Auditor to whom the email was assigned.
The Quick Sort feature lets you click the Type, Subject, From, or To fields and sort from A to Z or Z to A. The default sorting of any folder is by the Received column, newest emails to oldest emails. You can set your default sorting of the Received column (newest to oldest or oldest to newest) on the Display Preferences page.
You can only sort by one column at a time.
