6) Login to Offices
The Login button allows an auditor to log directly into an office without re-entering their login name and password. When the Login button is clicked, a new browser is opened. The auditor is logged into that office with their corporate Display Preferences applied. The Office Privileges assigned to the auditor on the Corporate Auditors page define the actions for the auditor. If an auditor has access to offices and Office Privilege of Rule and Mass, they can create and edit compliance rules in offices. The auditor can also mass review/approve/reject emails in offices.
The Corporate System Administrator account can access and perform any function every office. The settings on the Auditors page control the Corporate Auditor's access to offices. A Corporate Auditor can be given access (by System Administrator) to no offices, selected offices, or all offices. If a Corporate Auditor is not given access to any offices, that Auditor does not see the Admin section in the left navigational bar. If a Corporate Auditor has access to selected offices, the Admin section of the left navigational bar will be available with one option, Offices. When a Corporate Auditor clicks on Offices, the Offices page appears. Only the offices the Corporate Auditor is given access to displays. The Corporate Auditor has an empty Action bar, meaning that Corporate Auditors cannot Add, Edit, Activate, or Deactivate Offices. However, the Login buttons are active so that the Corporate Auditor can log into the office.
Every Login button opens a new browser. Thus multiple offices can be logged into simultaneously.
