2) General Information
This section includes the high-level metadata parameters of a search.
The fields in this section are:
: Enter a name for the data request. This name appears in the email notifications as well as within the Data Request History page.
Note:
Provide a unique name that is descriptive of the requests submitted.
: Specify either PST, or EML format for the results.
: By default, this percentage is set to 100%. If a fraction of the total results is desired, specify the desired sample percentage
: Enter a password with which to protect the files that are returned from this request. The request password must conform to the following requirements:
Between 8 and 40 characters in length.
At least one lower case alphabetic character.
At least one uppercase alphabetic character.
At least one numeric character.
At least one special character such as a symbol.
The password cannot be your system administrator password.
Note:
Make sure that you can remember this password. If you forget the password you will be unable to access the files that are returned from the data request. For security reasons neither you nor the AdvisorMail Support team can obtain the password once you have sent the request. If you forget the password your only course of action is to create another data request.
, , : Message Types, Inbound emails, Outbound emails, and IMs can be specified. All message types are selected by default.
: Specify the start date of the emails to search.
: Specify the end date of the emails to search.
Note:
AdvisorMail can only process email from the end of the previous day (i.e., it includes today's emails).
