3) Action Bar
The Action Bar has four buttons on the left side and page navigation icons on the right side. The Action Buttons are visible and active for the System Administrator account only. Corporate Auditors who are given access to Offices can view this page, but these buttons are hidden. These buttons include:
Add button opens the Add Office dialog.
- This function allows a System Administrator to add a new office. Clicking on theEdit - The System Administrator can edit offices, including the Corporate office. To edit the settings for or more offices, select the offices and click Edit. The Edit Office dialog is displayed.
Note:
If the System Administrator selects the Corporate office and clicks the Edit button, the Edit Corporate Office dialog appears.
- A System Administrator can activate offices by selecting the offices and then clicking the button. When an office is activated, the office's auditors can log into that office using their login name and password.
- A System Administrator can deactivate offices by selecting the offices and then clicking the button. When an office is inactive, AdvisorMail continues to archive emails for the addresses that are assigned to the office. But the office's auditors cannot log in.
Note:
The Activate button is disabled if the Administrator selects one or more active offices. The Deactivate button is disabled if the Administrator selects one or more inactive offices.
