3) Action Bar
The action bar has five buttons and a state. These include:
Add - To add an IP range, click the Add button.
Edit - To edit an IP range, select one from the list and click the Edit button.
Delete - To delete one or more IP range or ranges, select from the list and click the Delete button.
Activate - To activate an IP range or ranges, select from the list and click the Activate button.
Deactivate - To deactivate an IP range or ranges, select from the list and click the Deactivate button.
Deny Active Ranges or Allow Active Ranges - This state is your current state. If the current state reads "Deny Active Ranges", all of the active IP ranges that are listed in the table are denied access to AdvisorMail. If the current state reads "Allow Active Ranges," all active IP ranges that are listed in the table are allowed access to AdvisorMail.
If the active IP ranges are currently allowed, then the Allow Active Ranges state is displayed in Green. Click this state to deny access from the IP ranges currently set to

.Only one state can be defined per AdvisorMail account. This means that the Corporate IP filtering setting is applied to all offices and archives within that one company.
