1) Title Bar
The page name is displayed on the left side of the Title Bar. The Ship Results and Back buttons are displayed on the right side of the Title Bar .
- Clicking this button opens the Shipping Results pop-up. This pop-up contains shipping information and a list of all of the shipping addresses AdvisorMail currently has on file for your firm. To initiate the shipment, select one of the Shipping Addresses and click the button. If you decide not to request shipping, click the button.
Upon clicking the Shipping Request Complete pop-up displays. This pop-up contains information about the shipment including to whom and where the shipment is sent.

If you ordered your data in a .PST format you must use Outlook 2003 or higher to open and review the data in the file. Earlier versions of Outlook cannot read the format that is used for this process. Please check the Microsoft User Documentation for the steps on how to open a .PST file in Outlook at www.microsoft.com
The files are password protected with the password that you specified in the data request. If you do not have this password you cannot access the files
Upon receiving your DVDs, please do the following immediately:
Ensure you can access every file on the DVD including uploading every PST file into your Outlook.
Note:
To properly import a PST file into Outlook, you need to copy the PST file from the DVD to your computer's hard drive, then import.
Since passwords can be forgotten, you may want to transfer all the files to a location where password protection is not necessary.
