4) Action Bar
Based on your AdvisorMail configuration, there can be up to 13 folders. Since each folder has its own Action Bar and More Menu, the features are summarized here. The Action Buttons and More Menu options for a specific folder are the same for every view mode (List, Message, Snippet).

Note:
Bulk review is available for all action buttons. Selecting all emails provides the option to perform the action on the emails on the page or the emails in the folder.
The Action Bar provides additional the functions that can be applied to selected emails. Some of these functions can be applied to multiple emails simultaneously and some can only be applied one email at a time.

** AdvisorMail allows any Auditor to reassign emails to themselves or to another Auditor within the same office. Auditors in a remote office can reassign emails to another auditor in the remote office or to an auditor at the Corporate Office level. Auditors who are in the Corporate Office are labeled with "Corporate" to the right of their names in the Reassign drop-down list. Emails that are reassigned from a remote office to the Corporate Office are removed from the remote office folder (Post Review, Pre Review, Random Sample). Then the message is placed in the same folder of the Corporate Office that is assigned to the selected Corporate Auditor.
