5) Offices table
The tabular grid lists the offices in alphabetical order.
Note:
For the System Administrator, the Corporate office is listed first. For Corporate Auditor accounts, the Corporate record is hidden.
The column headings of the Offices table are as follows:
- The Office's Name is displayed here. - A button to enable log in to the office. See
- The maximum number of auditors that can be created in the office.
- The maximum number of default auditors that can be created in the office.
The remaining columns indicate the options that have been set for each Office. A green Y indicates that the option is selected. The absence of a green Y indicates that the option is unselected.

The Quick Sort feature is not available on the Offices page.
The tabular grid allows a System Administrator to perform actions on individual or multiple offices with just a few mouse clicks. The rows of the grid are color coded as follows:
White - Active office
Gray - Inactive office
Blue - Selected office
If you select multiple offices you can perform mass actions such as activate or deactivate by clicking on an Action button, or by selecting an option from the Right Click menu.
The Activate button and the right-click Activate menu option are not active if you select one or more active offices.
The Deactivate button and the right-click Deactivate menu option are not active if you select one or more inactive offices.
