The Title bar appears directly underneath the Upper Banner. The left side of the Title Bar always displays the name of the current page. The following numbers display if the page contains a list of records:

  • The number of the first record on the current page

  • The number of the last record on the current page

  • Total records

For example, suppose that the Display Preference is set to 45 records per page. For a folder with 987 records "(1-45 of 987)" displays on the first page to the right of the Page Title.

On the right side of the Title Bar there may be action buttons. For example, Save and Reset or View (only on the Email Archive pages). A Quick Search mechanism appears for a page that contains a list of records. Quick Search lets you to find specific records in the list. You can type in search terms and then click the magnifying glass icon to begin your search.

The Quick Search mechanism is available for use only if the Advanced Search mechanism is collapsed.

Note:

To assist the user, ghost text is provided to the user identifying the searchable terms. In this example, the ghost text shows that you may enter a portion of the email address in the From, To or Subject fields.
