1) Left Navigation Pane
AdvisorMail's left pane contains up to six navigational tabs. Some of these tabs may not be visible, depending on the permissions your administrator assigned.
The navigational tabs are:
Email Archive - organize emails in folders based on policy and review actions
Compliance Rules - specify keywords and phrases, and set policies for users and domains
Administration - add offices and set user permissions, system settings, etc.
Reports - create reports based on audits, emails reviewed, and the actions that are performed on emails
Data Request - retrieve emails based on specified words or phrases in messages and attachments as well as other search parameters
Preferences - customize the application to fit your personal reviewing needs.
The Reports and the Data Request tabs are only available to the System Administrator account. The Admin. Admin accounts and some Corporate accounts have access to the
