2) Actions bar
The Actions Bar has five buttons and a More Menu on the left side and page navigation icons on the right side. The selection buttons do as follows:
- This function allows a System Administrator to add a new Auditor login account. Clicking on the Add button opens the Add Auditor dialog.
Note:
The Add button is active if the number of auditors that are listed is less than the Total Auditors for this office.
Edit - This function allows a System Administrator to edit the settings of an auditor login account, and to set a new temporary password for the auditor. Only one Auditor account may be edited at a time. The Edit button is made unavailable if you select more than one auditor account.
- An Administrator can activate deactivated auditors by selecting the auditors to be activated and then clicking the button. An activated auditor can log into AdvisorMail and perform actions based on their settings and privileges. The button is made unavailable if you select an auditor that is already activated.
- An Administrator can deactivate auditors by selecting one or more active auditors and then clicking the button. A deactivated auditor cannot log into AdvisorMail. The button is made unavailable if you select an auditor that is already deactivated.
Note:
A user can reactivate a deactivated account by using the
option on the AdvisorMail Sign-in screen.- This button toggles On (green) and Off (red). When load balancing is turned on, AdvisorMail equally distributes the assignment of non-compliant emails across all Default Auditors. If there are no Default Auditors defined, all non-compliant emails are assigned to the Administrator's account. To apply load balancing, click load balancing button to its On (green) state. To turn off load balancing, click the button again to its Off (red) state.
