3) Right Click menu
If the cursor is in the tabular grid area of the Auditors page, the Right Click Menu can be invoked by clicking the right mouse button. The Right Click Menu provides many of the options that are also found on the Actions bar.
- This function allows a System Administrator to add a new Auditor login account. Clicking on the Add button opens the Add Auditor dialog.
Note:
The Add button is active if the number of auditors that are listed is less than the Total Auditors for this office.
Edit - This function allows a System Administrator to edit the settings of an auditor login account, and to set a new temporary password for the auditor. Only one Auditor account may be edited at a time. The Edit button is inactivated if more than one auditor account is selected.
- An Administrator can activate inactive auditors by selecting the auditors to be activated and then clicking the button. An activated auditor can log into AdvisorMail and perform actions based on their settings and privileges.
The Activate button is made unavailable if the Administrator selects one or more active auditors.
- An Administrator can deactivate active auditors by selecting the auditors to be deactivated and then clicking the button. A deactivated auditor cannot log into AdvisorMail.
The Deactivate button is made unavailable if the Administrator selects one or more deactivated auditors.
- When an Administrator deletes an auditor, that auditor is moved to the Deleted Auditors window. Deleting an auditor results in the following:
It frees up the login name of the deleted auditor. The deleted auditor's Login Name can now be used again for another auditor.
It reactivates the Add Auditor button if the customer was previously at their max number of Total Auditors, as defined on the Offices page.
