6) More Menu
One option is under the More Menu,
. To preserve the integrity of AdvisorMail, the application logs any changes that are made to an outbound address rule. To view the history of an email address, select the rule and then select the History from the More Menu or Right Click Menu.The History option can be used on one record at a time. If multiple addresses or domains are selected, the History option becomes unavailable.
The columns that appear in the history table are:
- The office instance the record has been assigned.
- The action that is defined for the record.
- The date and time the change was made.
A new record is added to this table for each of the following actions:
Email Address or the domain that is added to AdvisorMail
Email Address or domain is assigned to a new office.
Email Address or domain is assigned a new Action
Email Address is deactivated.
